#030 - Travis Orbin - Composer & Drummer

Travis Orbin has been a major force in the evolution of drumming over the last 15 years & has been documenting and releasing videos of most of his recording sessions for the majority of that time. An incredibly technical and creative drummer, Travis is also a good friend of Greg and he joins us on the show today to talk about the process he undergoes in composing his drum parts and original songs. He also shares some stories about the drummers that first inspired him, his introduction to and subsequent audition with Darkest Hour, and how Greg was pretty sure Travis was pranking him when he first looked at the guitar part Travis asked him to perform on an upcoming track.
