In preparation for 1989’s License to Kill, the second James Bond film featuring Timothy Dalton, composer Michael Kamen invited David Gilmour, Jeff Beck & Eric Clapton to play on the Opening Credit song. Only Eric Clapton showed up and the film went on to use a Gladys Knight song instead and the rest is history…until someone uploaded the original song for the world to hear. Jay, being a huge Clapton & Bond fan, gives us the story.

Greg also makes good money playing in a successful Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute band. So, that’s the question…Why make new music when no one listens to it and you get paid for playing the music people already love?
